What is Personal Alignment Training?

Personal Alignment Training is a type of personal training that accomplishes all of the things that more traditional personal training does but differently.

Personal Alignment movement sessions emphasize:

  • natural movements over exercises
  • strength to weight ratio over power
  • health over performance.

What is a Personal Alignment Training session like?

Each session includes stretches and strength building movements that address your specific challenges by increasing the stability of your core and joints while mobilizing specific areas in your body.

Each session promotes cardiovascular health on the cellular level by increasing the number of capillaries that make blood and lymph flow more available to the tissues.
