Personal Alignment Traning for Health
Personal Alignment Training for Health (P.A.T.H.) is an approach to personal training incorporating Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), functional biomechanics and yoga. With health and function as the primary goals, we train our clients to develop functional strength, freedom and ease of movement and improved overall tissue health while helping them to feel more comfortable in their bodies and more capable in their daily lives.
DNS Exercise™
DNS Exercise™ uses early developmental movement patterns to acheive core stabilization and develop functional strength and joint mobility. Utilizing DNS involves revisiting many of these early developmental “postures” with in the intention of re-awaking intelligent movement patterns and using them to restore misplaced strength and flexibility.
Ayurveda
The aim of Ayurveda is nothing short of perfect health. This ancient healing system from India is closely related to Yoga and provides many easy to learn and practical tools for achieving the balance of physical, mental and spiritual elements that is the foundation of optimal wellness.

Hendrickson Method Bodywork™ is a comprehensive system for restoring function and structured balance throughout the body. It is a multi-disciplinary approach to resolving pain and for prevention and rehab of musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy is the use of yoga postures and related practices as a modality for addressing a given health issue. It is particular effective for helping back pain, reducing chronic muscle tension and promoting relaxation and mental calm.
