Description
Based heavily on the Czech P.T. developed method for restoring functional movement, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, this series will focus on a number of key movement skills that apply directly to the practice of classical yoga.
- The course is APPROPRIATE FOR BEGINNERS who are in reasonably good health.
- This content of this course is intended to prepare a student of ANY LEVEL for practicing yoga in a way that is safe, effective and health promoting.
