25 years ago Tiffany embarked on a mission to heal from an injury that a doctor said would lead to loss of function and eventual surgery.
Over the course of many years of research that included traveling to India to study eastern medicine, Tiffany developed a unique integrated approach to healing neuromuscular injuries and joint pain. She has been personally trained by globally recognized experts in the field of Hendrickson Method™ of orthopedic massage, bio-mechanical alignment as taught by Katy Bowman and DNS Exercise™ by teachers from the Prague School in the Czech Republic.
Using her strong background in eastern and western medicine, Tiffany and her husband developed the highly effective system(?) for healing joint and muscle injuries that became Personal Alignment Training for Health.

Robert’s journey began 25 years ago when he devoted himself to the study of Yoga, training for over a decade with a senior student of B.K.S. Iyengar. Robert went on to receive certifications in Hendrickson Method™, Clinical Ayurveda, Restorative Exercise™ and DNS Exercise™.
Robert honed his skills as a Personal Alignment Training specialist by combining his 20 years of experience as a Yoga instructor with the more modern approaches of bio-mechanical alignment and DNS.
Robert and Tiffany have studied with many of the same experts in their fields and each has spent half their life developing and refining their work. In creating Personal Alignment Training for Health they combined the elements of their training that in their decades of experience gave the best results to themselves and to their clients.
